• Cleaning: Initial and final cleanings included in the rate.
• Linen: Bed linen will be changed once a week during stays for two or more weeks and included in price. Towels will be changed once a week and included in the rate.
• Air conditioning and heating: included in the rate.
• Check-in: Check In time is between 03.00pm to 07.00pm. In case of delay, please advise the Reception Office in advance by 7.00 pm in order to make arrangements. In such cases we usually leave the apartment keys and all the necessary instructions for independent/autonomous access to the apartment.
• Check-out: Check Out time is by 10.00am on the day of departure. Any exceptions, if possible, must be arranged with the Reception Office.
• Animals: Well-behaved medium / small pets are allowed, subject to agreement with the hotel at the time of booking. Dogs are required to use a leash in common areas.

EXTRA

• Cot or extra bed € 20.00 per week.
• Small-medium size pets: € 8 per day.
• Linen supplement: full bath linen € 8.00 per person. Complete bed linen € 8.00 per bed.
• Extra cleaning: € 18.00/hour.
• Stay Tax: not included in the rate must be paid locally (1,50€ per person per day)

• The apartments are ventilated extensively, before and during cleaning.
• A thorough cleaning of all rooms of surfaces and dishes is carried out. Linen is washed at high temperature. La biancheria è lavata ad alta temperatura;
• Hard, high contact surfaces are sanitized with specific disinfectants
• The checklist for each apartment ensures that cleaning and sanitizing take place according to a strict procedure.
• The apartment is rearranged to accommodate guests.
